  I don't usually post review but I want the management to know how helpful their employees are (bein sarcastic). Since I just moved here from a different state I ask progressive insurance for a good insurance agent and they referred Bubrig. So I called them last week asking for a quote for rental insurance and the lady who assist me put me on hold few times and there's one time that I over heard her from the phone that she's talking to her other co-worker, I don't really care if you put me on hold as long as you do your job. She ask all the information that she need from me, then she said she'll call me back after she get the quote and I was like "okay maybe she's busy" . When I called progressive to get a quote for my car it only took few minutes and they didn't hang up the phone on me. It's already been almost a week, I wonder how long it's gonna take? . First, moving from different state to another is not easy..there's a lot of things you need to do. Second, I'm definitely not a prank caller for you to treat me like that!

• Review of "Vacation Makers Travel" at Belle Chasse

  I called Vacation Makers giddy with excitement and ready to book a cruise for some R&R, but my mood was quickly shot down when I reached the agents Kathy and Todd who both let me have it with their "i-hate-my-job-and-i-hate-you-too" attitudes. Everyone I have spoken to in that office lacks any kind of cheerful tone or courtesy or respect for the customer. The booking process was pretty painful too with a series of phone calls I had to make them to fix things like spelling our names correctly. My advice to the staff would be to realize that when people call your office we see you as the door between us and the experience of fun and precious relaxation time, so put a smile on your face, a cheery tone in your voice (even if your faking it), and show some courteousness towards us! Maybe the staff needs some vacation time themselves to check their attitudes.

  Lonzo Wilson State Farm did such a great job of helping me with both life and auto insurance. I am newly married and didn't have any experience with doing any of this. He did a really great job of taking care of my wife and I are who were intimidated by this process. We felt very comfortable and would recommend Lonzo Wilson State Farm to anyone in New Orleans.

• Review of "Belle Chasse Middle School" at Belle Chasse

  I agree .... Private school at a public school price ! My 2 oldest kids went to Private school K-12 when we lived in Gretna . After moving to Belle Chasse our youngest started BC Primary in 2nd grade and is now at Belle Chasse Middle . I cannot say enough GREAT things about these 2 schools ! I literally feel like we are still in the private school setting ....in fact , its BETTER because the class sizes are smaller, the teachers are phenomenal and the education is top notch ! I was scared at first of the rumors that the middle school wasnt as good as the Primary and High School . DONT BELIEVE the rumors ! Belle Chasse Middle school is AWSOME !!!!! I never dreamed any of my kids would ever go to public school ..... but we will never live anywhere else and look forward to my son graduating in Belle Chasse !
